Approximately 14 years of work experience, which had previously not been taken into account, has been legally confirmed through court proceedings, ensuring the possibility of pension recalculation.
After examining the submitted evidence and the circumstances of the case, the court conducted an objective and comprehensive review, as a result of which the Client’s employment history in various organizations was confirmed.
Within the framework of the case, extensive legal work was carried out aimed at documenting the work experience. A wide range of evidence was collected, including inquiries sent to former employers, state and local self-government bodies, as well as photographs, video recordings, and witness testimonies.
