Expanding into International Markets: AM Law Firm Launches Cooperation with a UK-Based Partner

AM Law Firm continues to expand its international network by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with EASYINC LIMITED, a UK-based consulting company specializing in international business registration, corporate structuring, and business support services.
The cooperation aims at providing comprehensive support to companies seeking to enter new international markets, expand their operations, or establish an international corporate presence.
Within this partnership, services will be available across a range of international jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Malta, Dubai, Singapore, Georgia, Canada, and others.
AM Law Firm will provide legal support and, where necessary, coordinate the legal services in other jurisdictions through its extensive international network of partners.
The cooperation also covers advisory services related to the selection and establishment of appropriate corporate models in international jurisdictions, company incorporation, corporate maintenance, business administration, international compliance, banking and payment systems, VAT, EORI, and other related matters.
For its part, EASYINC LIMITED will support clients with international business registration, jurisdiction selection, corporate administration, as well as business relocation and international expansion.
This new cooperation represents another step in AM Law Firm’s continued expansion of its international partner network and its commitment to providing clients with effective and comprehensive legal and business solutions across borders.
