AM Law Firm achieved another important victory by representing the interests of “National center for burns and dermatology” CJSC. In this case, the court of first instance had satisfied the claim filed by the employee, obliging our client to pay for idleness from 2019 to this day, as well as compensation for non-reinstatement in the previous job.
However, as a result of AM’s well-grounded arguments in the court of appeal, it was established that our client was not properly notified of the court hearings and did not receive the procedural documents, since they were not sent to the representative’s address. As a result, the court of appeal overturned the judgment of the court of first instance and sent the case for a new examination.
