“AM” law firm had another success, this time against the Patrol Service of the RA Police. By the court’s decision, the driver’s license was returned to the company client, who had previously been unjustifiably deprived of it for a term of one year.
The client applied to AM law firm, stating that he was not under the influence of alcohol and had not been driving a vehicle at that time. The lawyer handling the case, Levon Mikaelyan, and attorney Hayk Barseghyan, discovered a number of legal violations in
the administrative act and applied to the court with a claim to declare it void.
The RA Administrative Court, having examined all the evidence, fully satisfied the claim, recording that there was no sufficient and substantiated evidence for the adoption of the administrative act.
As a result, the client’s violated rights were restored, and the driver’s license was returned in a short time.
