A number of previsions of the draft of RA Law "On Copyright" has been specified by chief legal adviser of "AM" law firm.

Chief legal adviser, advocate of “AM” Law Firm Vanik Margaryan took part in the discussion of the draft of RA law "On Copyright" within the scopes of USAID Enterprise Development and Market Competitiveness Program. During the discussion Vanik Margaryan specified a number of provisions of the draft which contradict to the acting legislation of RA, corresponding international treaties and the formed practice. For the purposes of ensuring the proportionality in the interests of entrepreneurs investing in the field and the rights of authors, he suggested making corresponding amendments to the draft.
