She completed her Internship at the Human Rights defendant’s office, at its Legal Department, as well as at the Legal Clinic of Yerevan State University as a legal counsel.

Previously she worked in the National Assembly of Armenia, as well as in several law firms.

Viktorya Sargsyan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Yerevan State University and received a bachelor's degree there. She has received her master’s degree at Yerevan State University, as well as in American University of Armenia.

She is specialized in constitutional, civil as well as business law.
